If there's a delay between your purchase and getting full access to Oxford Language Club, there are a couple of possible solutions. Here are the most common fixes:
Check your email address
The most common answer to being locked out of your subscription is to check that you’re logged in using the right email address. (This is especially true if you're being asked to pay again). Make sure you’re using the address you registered with, and you can always check your email to see if it contains a welcome email from when you first joined.
Log out and back in again
Please try log out and log back in again. Click on the first letter of your name in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard and then select Logout from the dropdown.
